DISHA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY - Disha Institute of Management and Technology (DIMAT), is located in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, functioning under the aegis of the Disha Education Society. DIMAT is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, New Delhi and is affiliated to Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (a state government university), Bhilai. DISHA COLLEGE OF SCIENCE & COMMERCE - DCSC shall be basically an offshoot of Disha college, imparting non technical UGPG courses, under ultra modern infrastructure and facilities. As the Disha college is already running at overcapacity and due to space limitation expansion in capacity is not feasible, the society is proposing to establish DCSC.
DCSC has visional to emphasize its adornments such as discipline, scholarship and service. The Students are to be enrolled in this college are mostly from the rural and urban areas of Chhattisgarh and Central India and courses offered are in the core subjects that form the base line for rural development through extension and research activities in the sectors of IT and professional studies. Thus the College offers ample opportunities for students to study and to get involved in nation-building activities through which eventually, they become responsible citizens with good careers. |

DISHA ACADEMY OF RESERCH AND EDUCATION - Disha Education Society is committed to scale the new heights by introducing new vistas of academic quest. Disha Academy of Research and Education (DARE) is an outcome of DES’s effort to place a platform for academicians and educationists belonging to areas of higher technical and professional learning ranging from engineering technology to management. The DARE has a clear agenda to create a system of research oriented activities in such a way that ongoing efforts are mentored, patronized aided, incubated and improvised by providing all necessary inputs. Chhattisgarh as an emerging state has number or potential areas such as non-conventional sources of energy generation and conservation, bio-fuel, metallurgy, mining, cement technology enhancement etc. to look up to researcher for constant value addition and assistance. DARE has the potential to create a base whereby such research oriented assistance can be provided for industrial growth, industrial development and constant parenting mentoring. The establishments of laboratories, libraries, incubation centers, patenting services, simulations are primary activities that are underway at DARE. |
